No, you won't be fine. It'll never be enough. You'll add that stuff and think you'll be ok for a while, then you'll start to feel it... the insatiable urge to add more parts, get more power... You'll lose sleep over it, you'll find yourself making lists and irrationally justifying the cost of it all; you'll eat sleep and breath mods. When you seriously start considering man-whoring yourself to get that new set of rims, you'll know for sure: you've got a terminal case of the Mod Bug.

Nismo Cold air intake ($250)
Borla Dual Exhaust ($800) or HKS (if you don't mind spending $1400 for it)
Topspeed Testpipe ($120)

There are several reasonably priced exhausts out there. I just picked up an Invidia exhaust and ichiba y pipe. You can find these for around $600. There is also the RS*R that runs around $800-900. Those are both N1 style exhausts. If you like the stock style muffler there is the Nismo for around $900, which comes with a y pipe. There are a bunch of exhausts that cost more or less than these as well. These are just a few popular choices.

Consider the PIT exhaust for $250. It's really fantastic.
