Stock exhaust diameter and Y-pipe

what's the diameter on the stock exhaust piping? does anyone changed Y-pipe from 2.5" to 3", did it make a big difference with stock exhaust. let me know if anyone tried it. thank you!

The end of the Y pipe that attaches to the mid pipe is 70mm, or 2 3/4". The mid pipe to the muffler is also 70mm.
