i dunno about under 20k atleast in my area. I was looking at an 04 base and they wanted 24k. i mean, thats what they were asking so you couldve gotten it for a little cheaper. Most 03 base's i looked at were pretty hurtin' too though. Do the older base models even have an lsd though?

I picked up a 04 enthusiast for $22.5k with 17,000 miles on it. Came with cold air intake, single exhaust, side skirts, front lip and a few more things so that saved me some money too. You can find good deals, you "should" be able to get a base for cheap if that's what you're looking for. You can check the classifieds here and also craigslist

No stock LSD. I bought my 04 base a year ago off this forum for $17k with 38,000 miles, so I know it can be done. It came with a Nismo LSD, ACT clutch/JWT flywheel, and springs/sways. Maybe the mods scared some people off but I haven't had any trouble at all.

Thanks a lot for the replies!

It seems like you can find one for less than 20K if you look around carefully.. I'll have my mind set on it (is that even a right expression?) even before I get there. And I think I'd rather find one from a forum member instead of a dealer or a car seller.

Yes, I'm going to Pepperdine and I'm really impressed by the pics that I've seen so far. It's also voted as one of the universities fith the most beautiful students and that's very cool too (as long as it refers mostly to females ).

If anyone is looking to sell his own or knows of someone who has a PPW coupe Z for sale, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Aris

mods dont necessarily scare me, but understand that mods on a car actually depreciate the value of the car.
