Cool wideband o2 able to replace stock sensor for 2003?

i can't seem to find the thread, but i think this was posted a while ago how 2003 350z was able to replace stock o2 with wideband o2. in any case, zeitronix seems to have a simulated narrowband output, should i use that? TIA
