Exhaust Alignment Question
I'm new to the world of working on my own car, and would appreciate any advice.
I installed a Magnaflow exhaust on my 350z this weekend. Everything went pretty smooth for it being my first time under a car. The only problem is the right exhaust tip (when looking at the rear of the car) tends to "bounce" or jiggle a bit more than the exhaust tip on the left. I think this is because there is not as much hanger support on the right exhaust tip. When I go over a sizable bump in the road, the right exhaust tip will bounce up and hit the rear facia and produce a clunking sound.
The left and right exhaust tips visually look very even. I tried loosening the joint clamp at the muffler input and pulling down hard on the right tip. This improved things dramatically, but did not eliminate the problem completely.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Are there any tricks to the trade? The only thing I can think of is cutting away a bit of the rear facia above the tip, but obviously I'm not a big fan of that.
Any input/suggestions is appreciated.

did u get all the rubber hangers in? The muffler isn't really held up by anything except rubber hangers, and they hold the stock exhaust real well-- and the stock exhaust is heavier. You can try to lube up the rubber hangers, and twist the muffler clockwise horizontally.
When I installed my exhaust the right tip (if your standing behind the car) hung a bit lower than the left tip. It doesn't rattle but tends to be a tendency with some Z's. On that same day my friend installed his exhaust which sat a little lower on the right side as well. Don't know if this helps but make sure its in the hangers correctly.
