Well, in theory it should give a little bit more HP (like 1HP) and slightly better mileage. Airflow will go sightly faster and take curves more easily.

But of course they had to come up wth those ridiculous claims...

The feedback guy is double stupid. 1. for buying it and 2 for installing it wrong. See how he says "for a flat piece of metal" ? I bet he didn't fold the fins out (enough) or put it in the wrong direction...
