Default Tanabe Concept G Exhaust

Has anyone heard anything good about this exhaust. I have heard Tanabe exhaust on hondas and acuras, but I have never heard it on a Z. It looks to be a quality piece, just wondering if anyone has had any experience with one or any pics.

The Concept G is the one with the single muffler dual tip setup with thick tips (the wall angles inside the tip)? I have the Tanabe Super Medallion Hyper (SMH) and HAD the Super Medallion Racing. I love then both. The quality is impeccable and I've never had an issue with either the SMH or SMR. The only problem I had was that the SMR was extremely loud when coupled with a y-pipe and test pipes... but I'm probably just a wuss. The SMH is nice and mellow, with a very deep and distinctive tone. It is similar to the stock Z note but much deeper and a bit louder. Once you punch it, the exhaust really wakes up and sounds fantastic. I would expect the SMH and the Concept G to sound pretty similar, its just a matter of whether you prefer the mango-shooter tip of the Hyper Medallion or the more toned down look of the Concept G.

Best Regards,

Reav

WHy is the hyper medallion cheaper for the G35 Coupe then it is the 350Z? They are the exact same exhaust except the 350Z has a shorter mid-pipe, and the 350Z has 110mm tips instead of the 100mm tips for the G35.

The G35 Coupe Hyper Medallion is only $550
