Default test pipes still smokin

I know this is a question asked many times but i still cant find the answer on the search engine. My test pipes have been on for a little over a month and they still burn white smoke like crazy. After the first two weeks it stopped, and then just came back with a vengence, and has yet to throw a code. The exhaust and y-pipe is Tommy Kaira, and it is an 2003. any help would be greatly appreciated....

Sometimes we do a mod, notice symptoms, and the symptoms have nothing to do with the mod.

White smoke is indicative of burning coolant.
