Default JWT Popcharger problems

Hey guys, I just got a call from my dealer repair man saying my Popcharger is rubbing against my AC adapter. If it busts through it could cause 1000 bucks in damage. Anybody else have this problem.....any solutions? I would like to keep the charger on but not for this price. Thanks.

Its a common problem for a long intake to rub the AC line(in front of the radiator). Very expensive to fix. But the pop charger? No.

Common fix is to cut a piece of thick rubber hose. Slit hose with knife. Apply to protect AC line.

The heatshield of the popcharger comes very close to the AC piping. If you don't secure the heatshield in a proper way, it could vibrate on the AC piping and cause some damage. I believe the popcharger install instruction mention this or I read it on this forum while researching before I installed the popcharger.

This is actually a good idea even though I made sure my heatshield is not touching the AC piping. Would still be a good measure just in case any huge vibration or heatshield coming loose.
