Default need clarification please

Just got an 06 base z a few months ago and I'm thinking about doing some bolt on modifications. So, I've been looking at various threads about the motordyne plenum spacer and there seems to be conlflicting info. I see that this mod has been talked to death, and now it seems there is a lot of info to sift through. Some people say the air restriction was corrected on the 06's and the spacer won't make much in gains. And some say the opposite. Does anyone have definitive info? A simple answer will do, but anything else is always appreciated.

If you have a REVUP engine, use the MREV2 with a 5/16" plenum spacer. But you need to do both at the same time to get the results you really want.

Do both and it will make really good gains.

Are the spacers and MREV2 available yet?
