Hi guys,
I have this problem and I need you guys expertise and advice. I have this unfortunate incident happen to my Z a few weeks ago. I encounter this piece of lumber in the middle of the road that I think it was around 3X3 of about 6 inches long. I couldn't avoid running over it and impacted the underbody of my car. At the time of the incident I didn't found any substantial damage done to my car.
Today, I finish installing my GReddy eManage Blue and when I was checking for unusual noises, I went underneath the car and to my surprise I found that my "Crawford HF Cat" on the driver side was impacted by this piece of wood when the incident happend and caused it some damage to the unit. There is some substantial bend to the pipe, between the "Catalytic Converter" and the Invidia exhaust (Around the O2 sensor).
Do you guys think that this pipe that's damage on the Cat's can be fix? There is a possibility that this bend is causing some restrictions to the exhaust gases and subsequently cause some power loss on my Z. I will really appreciate you guys coments in this matter, please.
Jose
