I think your tips are drilled wrong.... The bolt should be on the inner part of the tip not the outer so they can be extended outward more... I returned one set of tips for that very reason...

hks doesnt rattle at all man, sounds awesome too . watchout going over speed bump though lols.

After holding off and then going through with it because the stock Y-pipe broke, I finally got my Hi power exhaust. It sounds great w/test pipes but rattles a bit. May be coming loose I think. Definitely recommend HKS.

How come u guys have rattle problem. Mine is perfect. Is it the installation? My buddy installed it for me. He basically put the whole exhaust system together(with all bolts untight) then he tighted them accordingly.

Mine used to rattle everytime I put it in reverse but I took it to another mechanic and he said that my differential bolt was loose. So he fixed it and I haven't had any rattle whatsoever. But I have this rattle in my front dash board and I can't figure out what the heck it is.

For those that do rattle, any idea where it is coming from?

It looks to be close to sway bar but pic's can be misleading.
