if it worked it wouldnt be so bad....but this has to lose a ton of power at the bottom

our cars are made to have mufflers/back pressure...old school muscle tricks dont really work here

It should still have plenty of back pressure since it still has the catalityc converters and such a small diameter piping the rest of the way out.

your budget is really so tight that you cant fabricate a PROPER tailpipe?

I remember when Jvanquish was trying to mod his Z, he spray painted the stock wheels black, unbolted the exhaust for a "mod" and put a cheap *** Aluminum wing on the back. All signs that A. you don't have a lot of money because it all goes to your car or B. Your parents pay for your car and you don't have a job

+1, if you're going to do something, do it right. Don't ghetto rig it.

I didn't say it wouldn't reduce the back pressure at all. I know it reduces the back pressure alot, that's one of the reasons why I did it. I was saying that even though it reduced the back pressure, there's still probably plenty of back pressure left given that the stock cats are still on there as well as the stock mid exhaust pipe (which is quite restrictive too). Also, don't pretend to know how much I know about our cars or any car for that matter.

No, not at all. It feels stronger all over the power band. I haven't put it on the dyno to verify it though.
