actually I just took off the muffler ( no ghetto pipe thing hanging down) I was surprised how good it sounded. I'll go take a quick camera phone video and let you hear it.

LOL that looks terrible with the elbow, I actually did almost the same thing before I bought my exhaust. I cut the pipe off right before the bend with the flange so the exhaust would come straight out right under the muffler, which I kept on for looks, u couldnt tell the exhaust was cut unless u looked under the car and it was perfectly loud.

If you really want to do this go to an exhaust shop and have them custom make a you an axle back straight pipe WITH tips in the stock location.
