Default motordyne 5/16 any problems

Just installed my spacer yesterday. All the holes lined up fine but it didn't really look like fit the shape of the plenum so great. On the back right of the plenum, it looks like the spacer was sticking out alittle more than I would like. How would I know if I have a leak between the plenums and do all the spacers fit this way. I just thought it would be alittle closer in shape. I have an 03 touring, are all the plenums the same or this how they fit.

There are minor variations in upper and lower plenums, and spacers. Plus or minus a mm or two is fine. I doubt if you have a vacuum leak. The car would run terribly.

I know what you are talking about but i dont think its anything to worry about...I've had mine one for more than 4 months without any issues and it also doesnt line up perfectly. If it were a leak you would be able to hear it if you made sure to check after install. Hope this helps you out

That's just the way they are. Not perfect but better than stock.

Yeah my spacer is slighly wider then my plenum, which is fine as long as its not smaller. The inside dimensions are the exact same so the gasket gets a good seal..nothing to worry about.
