$1095 + $95 for shipping from Stillen. If you deal with them ask for Andrew he is a good guy. He kept me updated on the order and was great to work with.

lotus,

From inside the car, how much louder is the Stillen exhaust (e.g, 10% louder, etc.). Also, can you post a sound recording by any chance?

Thanks!

Sound is not much louder just different. I think because the tone is lower it might be a little louder but not much. If I had the equipment to do a sound clip I would

Lotus/All,

I am very interested in purchasing the Stellin Exhaust. I have a couple of questions for you (this is new to me, so sorry about stupid questions!). You stated that you purchased directly from Stellin? Did you install this yourself? If not, how much should I expect to pay for the install? Could a normal muffler place put this on? Also, do I need to order anything else other than just the Exhaust...or is that all that I need? Thanks, and I appreciate your assistance!

Lotus, one thing I forgot, why did you chose Stellin over the other companies that sell exhaust systems for the Z?

I paid 50$ for someone to install Greddy exhaust on my Eclipse GST. I believe it wouldn't cost more than that.

It's all bolt on and no welding necessary for this exhaust, right Lotus.

I paid $55 for the install of the exhaust. The stillen needs no mods to add it. Everything you will need comes with it. I chose the Stillen because I used there stuff in the past on both of my 300ZX and have always liked there quality of product.

what is this we are now hearing that the exhaust really only makes a 8 hp gain at the wheels and Lotus has been swarn to not to tell us ? Add this to the 23+ pound gain in weight and one wonders why anyone would pay $1,200

Mine shipped in two boxes.....according to the Fedex Shipping weights.

one is 16 pounds and the other is 28 pounds.

Not sure how much the exhaust weighs...just yet, without the packing I mean.

My packing was 23 lbs total. I did not weigh the exhaust before I installed it. But If the Shipping weight was correct at 114 lbs the Exhaust should be right at 91 lbs. Daddy Z I was joking about not being able to list specs I just have not had a chance to Dyno the car

np Lotus ...... but I really need to know was it worth the $1200. I can get the Billy Boat Exhaust that HAS posted dyno results of 8 rwhp for $900 but opted for the Stillen at 13 hp for $1200. NOW I am hearing it is really only a 8 rwhp gain and weighs more

I have time to cancel since my order is back ordered

Really tough to say I hate to recommend products because everyone has different taste. I really know nothing about the other exhaust you spoke of. What I can tell you is I like the Stillen alot. Is is the best one out there? who knows. I do know that there are alot of nice choices
