This probably sounds dumb but I'm a bit confused by some wording on the motordyne site.. does the MREV2 come with the 5/16 spacer?

No everyone recommends it to complement the performance of the MREV2.

You've got a rev-up so Tony from MD recommends you add a 5/16 spacer...

For REVUP's definitly yes. The REVUP engine's ECU easily adapts its A/F to mods.

On the regular 287 engine maybe. It doesn't adjust its A/F as easily as the REVUP does. If you are already running a little lean on the 287 engine, don't do both mods unless you get a reflash or tune.
