Default Mrev/Mrev2 machining question

I have a question referring to the actual differences between a standard Mrev(287 lower plenum) and an Mrev2. Is the only difference the tiny bit of machine work on the first 2 runners, where it is shaved off slightly? Or is there further machining throughout the rest of the plenum? Can someone verify where the plenum is modified? can I modify a 287 plenum to be an Mrev2 myself?
