Default Stillen Question. Please help

I have searched numerous threads but couldnt find a straight answer... or an answer for that matter. So I'm just gonna ask. Does anybody have stillen exhaust with any form of test pipes? If so, does it produce any rasp of any sort? How does it sound. Also, do any of you stillen exhaust owners have stillen test pipes? How do they sound as a combo. Please let me know because I have been trying to find out for a couple of months.

Thanks in advance,
Eugene

I had stillen exhaust.... NO RASP....very quiet at idle but when you WOT....man i am telling you it roars like a real #$%!#%.... sounds very mean and is notable gain at high RMP....... I had it with R/T cats so I don't know about TPs.... good exhaust if you don't mind loud.....

the rasp will be there with any exhaust, doesn't matter what brand of exhaust. the rasp comes from the tp, not the exhaust. so having exhaust doesn't matter. stock exhaust is still an exhaust, so you have rasp, cuz it's a tp. tp always have rasp and rasp is bad.

Get HFC's unless you like rasp. Plus they don't stink or throw CEL. Test pipes are begging for trouble and it's doubtful if they provide any measurable performance gain over HFC. Do you need to pass emissions test? The EPA is clamping down on dirty air and adding counties to the list of those that require testing yearly.

Test pipe may cost less. Yugo's cost less too but you're not driving one of them.

Many HFCs produce RASP too..RASP is a lack of resonator feature from the cats... the stock cats don't produce rasp because they have a resonator chamber

...that's a new one...."resonator chamber" in a cat? Sounds like a marketing term to me.
