Default New Exhaust Installed. Pics

Got the new exhaust installed today. I was pretty happy with it, thought the cans would look bigger since they were huge when I was holding them.

The cans are Titanium and came with their own clamps to bolt the hanger too. Only thing is the guy didnt use them I just found out and just welded to the can !!!! HOW THE HELL CAN YOU DO THAT !!!! So Im going back down there tomorrow and geting it fixed. Hopefully he can cover the weld marks up with the clamps which he better not have thrown away.

The setup is a full dual 2.5" back with 4.5" outlet and 6 or 7" bodies. They are just a raw titanium finish.

The sound is nice and deep but is pretty loud. I need resonators.

HID's should be here tomorrow.

The mufflers are by evotion, which isnt around anymore. The build quality of these mufflers is excellent. Yeah they are dirty I need to clean them but im takin it to the shop again tomorrow so ill wait till after that.

Its a dual cat-back
No resonators as of yet, just stock cats, new flex pipes, piping and the mufflers.

98-percent of the exhaust is under the car. Photos with the car on a lift are appreciated.

So your telling me altered atmosphere is rice? This is essentially based exactly off of their kit minus the mandrel bends, the guy doin it used their pics to build it:

or how about speed force racing:

I hope you get my point and realize that your comment is completely asinine. You might enjoy the look of the stock exhaust or paying 1500 for something that is overpriced simply because its for a 350z, I dont. I am not saying that this exhaust is better than the full aftermarket kits but for now Ill sacrifice a 1 or 2 gained hp for the 1000 bucks I saved.

Here is the best pic I could get at the moment of my underside, the car was off the lift by the time I got back to the shop, but i did see it when it was almost done and it looked nearly identical to the altered atmosphere one except for the resonators.

He really does have a G35 with headers and cats, but he always tends to post some kind of immature comment about many exhausts that people post up.

.........
more than 5 or even 10 lbs...
and less weight = more power...
technically 10lb less non-rotational weight = 1hp
the performance from an exhaust job is already very minimal...
titanium exhausts do help that tiny bit in the weight dept. to make it worth it... *maybe*

-
OP..
nice exhaust
i almost mistaked it for a veilside Ti

The stock muffler and mid-pipe in conjuction weight around 64 lbs. A single outlet, full Titanium exhaust can weigh as low as 9 lbs. Thats 55 lbs of weight loss just in the exhaust. Throw in some test pipes, a lightweight battery, lighter suspension components, and your well on your way to shaving off another 100 lbs. And that Ti exhausts costs a lot less than $22k. Tool.
