Default Non fouler, driver side only on revup?

Weird question:

I just bought a set of used kinetix resonated test pipes for my 05 revup sedan. The driver side pipe already has the spacer/non-fouler, but the passenger side pipe is missing this piece. I need to go get another pair and set it up, but in the meantime, what would be the consequences if I installed the pipes without the passenger side non-fouler? With such a massive difference between the two sensors, would the ecu flip out and put the car in limp mode, or is the CEL the worst of my concerns?

I understand the secondary o2 sensors aren't used for anything more than emissions, and the manifold o2 sensors are the ones used by the ecu to make a/f adjustments.

Whats so hard about going to autozone and spending $4.00 to buy the non-foulers for that side before you install the test pipes?

^^^ I was expecting this response.

Not such a big deal, really. I was reading the stickied thread about the nonfoulers, and noticed the required drilling and the 1/2" drill bit. Can you believe that I not only don't have the bit, but not even a power drill?

So, I figured would do this in the next few days, but not necessarily tonight. Make sense?

Because I already sold my crawford cats and need to get them out as soon as possible, but they are on the car. And I'm not about to take off the crawfords, put on the OE cats for 1 or 2 days, only to take them off again and swap for the TP's.

I told the guy that bought my cats that I would have them off and shipped as quickly as possible; I try to keep my word.
