494 dollars for a titanium intake pipe that bolts to the stock intake airbox?

I think Ill pass on that and spend my money elsewhere.

At my meeting with Mackin Industries at SEMA this year, we discussed with the ARC guys about making one as well and sure enough, ARC will be releasing a titanium intake pipe as well. Keep on the look out!

It probably wont be as expensive as you think. The guys that can afford ARC and have ARC products on their cars would definitely jump on this.

Nice looking, but it would hurt performance. Metal retains heat longer than plastic or carbon fiber.

It seems the intake tube made of titanium not metal..judging by the tube colour in the picture. Its gonna be perfect match with R1 titan IMO

This may be true in warmer climates, but even then it would be negligable.
