Default Question about crawford manifold install

I was installing my crawford v5 manifold a few days ago and the top two bolts in the middle (the really long ones) were a bit of trouble. I torqued them down very lightly (10-15 inch-lbs) and they just stripped the metal from the bolt hole. Now they wont torque down, and just keep spinning. What should i do? I have a light leak. If im waiting at a stop light for like 1 minute, the RPM guage will drop to 500RPM once. I was thinking about sealing the hole w/ gasket sealant.

hopefully you didnt totally strip the threads, if you did you might have to retap the threads...you could try reapplying some green loktite to the threads

The bolt is rediculously long. I stripped 1cm of thread out, and thats all that actually goes into the mid manifold. The bolt in 4'' long i think.
