Default Best Mod Ever!

Bought MREV+ Kit with spacer and gaskets from Mike(oxisXXX) Thanks again Mike.
After driving around for about 300-400miles the ECU finally adjusted I guess. Before I didnt feel much difference. maybe since I was drivin slow due to inclimatic weather but this morning the sun was up and ground nice and dry. I punched it for the first time past 6k every shift and MAN!! This thing pulls hard from 3k+. Best Mod for the money. $400 for the whole kit!

this is a must buy for revup owners

It took you 3-4 hundred miles for your ecu to adjust? Is this true? Because I just installed my mrev2 + spacer and I asked the same question...people said that it shouldn't take that long to adjust...anyone know what's really up?

I might have to get this. This is what you need if you have an 06 auto right?

After a couple of days I did an ECU reset (just the remove negative terminal and pump the brakes routine) and it felt about the same before and after reset.

Bye the way, I will dyno next Tues and post up the results in the dyno-thread I started on this.

ECU RESET:

1. Confirm that accelerator pedal is fully released, turn ignition switch "ON" and wait 3 seconds.

2. Repeat the following steps (a and b) procedures quickly five times within 5 seconds:
--a. Fully depress the accelerator pedal (HARD).
--b. Fully release the accelerator pedal.

3. Wait 7 seconds, fully depress the accelerator pedal and keep it for approx. 10 seconds until the CEL starts blinking.

4. Fully release the accelerator pedal (while the CEL is still blinking)

5. Wait about 10 seconds.

6. Fully depress the accelerator pedal and keep it for more than 10 seconds.

7. Fully release the accelerator pedal (The CEL light will continue to blink).

8. Turn ignition switch to "OFF" position and now you can start the car. The CEL light should be gone.

well the first few miles with it on the area was drenched wtih rain so I couldnt do much but be cautious on the road. Today was a nice sunny bright day so I just went for a spirited drive to and from work.

Yes the sound changed. I took off my injen and put in my stock airbox for now til my jwt comes in next monday but honestly even with the stock airbox it sounds like I have an intake installed

when you say turn the car on you mean just so the radio and all that comes on...not start the engine...right? And that sequence works for all models? thanks
