are they worth the price? Also what is the loudest exhaust (price not a factor) without sounding ricey?

NISMO headers are beautiful. I haven't the faintest idea what they are worth to you.

If you are interested in exhaust sound, I suggest that you go to a 350Z meet and listen to various set-ups.
