I'm currently running a popcharger and HKS exhaust and I want to get kinetix resonated test pipes. Does anybody know if the sound gain will be a lot or a little? Also, I don't want to discolor my bumper from all that heat...do any of you know whether or not this will happen? Thanks in advance.

 

Should not discolor from the heat, its not that much diffrence at the tail pipe. Sound will be noticabley louder. I have HKS exhaust with resonated TP's if you wanna hear my car at a meet or something.

I'm going resonated because I'm not a big fan of rasp and I've heard non resonated test pipes with the HKS and the rasp is too much for me. I think a little bit of rasp will sound awesome, and I guess I'm getting bored of my HKS so i want to mess with the sound a bit. you got any clips by any chance?

Any time that you move a greater volume of air through the exhaust system the noise level will increase.

I have LaBree test pipes. No sound clips, sorry. You'll just have to hear it in person sometime!
