Default Injen Intake (1986 Version) and JWT Popcharger

Ok Guys, I've searched throughout this forum. And I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I want to utilize the Injen Intake Pipe w/ MAF Housing (SP1986 version) and a JWT Popcharger. Does anyone know of a way to connect the two with a coupler or something? Or do I have to go to a Machine Shop?

Several... More personal than anything else.

1. Houston Loves to Flood.
2. I have the Injen in the car now... I have a JWT Popcharger sitting the garage. I want to switch and use the JWT Popcharger.
3. The combo would look better than the stock z tube and stock MAF Housing.
4. Something Different.
5. By the limited response... I suppose I'd be the first.

I know it's futile, since I'm going FI next year... But it gives me something to do while I replenishing my funds, instead of spending more money. I figure if I stay below spending 100. Than my route to the TT is shorter. You know once you start spending money modding the car... the addiction is bad. this way, I still modding but spending less...

you know you can just shorten the injen by putting the filter that came with it on right after the main tube.

+1 just set it up to a short ram set-up. Another option is if you like the cold air setup but are afraid of water intake, get an AEM Bypass valve.

Or get a K&N Typhoon it's the best of both worlds, cold air intake with the filter safe in the engine bay, so much easier to service the filter too.

Yeah I know I can do that. Just want to use the a JWT Popcharger. plus that would be too easy .

And i dont really want to buy another intake setup. Just thought someone out there has tried to connect the two already. Thanks for the replies. I'll find a way.

^ no reason to buy another intake set-up if you just convert ur 1986 to SRi. Anyways....have u checked Autozone? Friend of mine used some adapters they sell there for intakes. They did'nt look bad at all...then he switched out to the JWT and now he is rolling with the Injen
