I am thinking to replace each of my Nismo cat-back exhaust tips with dual tips (kinda like BMW pig-nose exhaust tip) so it will have a quad tips look. Will it affect the exhaust system in any way?

 

I'm not a fan of quad exhaust tips, ala BMW, 911s and etc. However, if you like 'em, great. And no, if you retrofit dual dual tips on your exhaust it should have no effect.

It wont change the sound at all... just the look...

I have a customer who wanted the look of the nismo exhaust but did not want the loudness... so we put on a fujitsubo and cut the tips off a nismo muffler and welded them on...

came out great...

 

Sounds ghetto, sorry. Not sure why you'd want to ruin a nice exahsut like that.

Kinda funny topic though. I switched from Nismo to HKS and although I love the HKS, I hate the sleeved tips and would love to have my Nismo tips or something similar on this setup.
