I put new exhaust on today and I'm loud as hell.

Strup headers into APS test pipes into straight pipes with an x pipe to HKS Hi-Power Ti cans = way too loud. Guess i'm going to have to find some silencers now.

Just get a turbo to put on each side and that will quiet it down.

 

i tried the turbos but the duct kept falling off in the rain.

Ha...i have a ls1 firebird that has long tubes and duals dumped at the axle...mufflers are 12 inch bullets...you think your car is loud? And to make is even louder, its heads and cam.

ur dyno numbers seem incredibly low for those mods. my friend's 05 coupe 6mt has a jwt popcharger, injen ti exhaust, mrev+ w/ spacer and his highest pull was 262whp. Seems like you should be getting alot higher than you did

 

get the largest dia resonators you can. vertex has their super quite series in a 2.5" in and out. best one i have found. i use them in my 2.5" version exhausts.

 

my set up is practically the same but i have two resonators and it sounds perfect, not to loud and not to quiet.

 

I bought resonators yesterday , should be in tomorrow. Hopefully, that will fix this crap. 14" long.
