Default anyone go from test pipes to HFC?

Im thinking about getting HFC put in to quiet down my exhaust and wanted to know if it quiets it down ALOT or if i should just get resonators welded in. Let me know your experiences.
I have practically straight pipes with a resonator right now. I need it to be 30% quieter or quiet enough so it doesnt rattle ****. PoPo hates it when their doughnuts rattle.

yeah it sucks when the sprinkles fall off the doughnut. The coffee is the big one though. You make them spill their coffee, you get **** for it.

It'll obviously make it quieter than the test pipes but I think resonators welded on would help more.
