I could not find the maker, closest thing I saw claims 10hp gains...25 to the wheels sounds way too high.

Isn't there a SFR manifold? I'm guessing thats what it is.

Can't find the thread about it though.

Actually, I forgot to put edit before the link because I found it after I posted. I'm retarded.

Well they seem to have some pretty ecent cars making good power, i guess this weird intake setup might actually make a few hp.

What's the purpose of that last pipe connecting both sides? Is that to equalize pressure?

that's be my guess - if there's any difference in resistance between the left and right sides of the intake manifold, it could cause an in-balance in power from the left/right cylinder banks...the cross-over tube would help to equalize that.

Yeah, i thought it was crap till i saw who designed it and some of their other cars....just not an attractive design like the Kinetix or TOP SECRET itb setup...man that setup is sick.

I think there was a problem with other plenum designs getting enough air to the front cylinders IIRC. Thus, I think the design was to equalize it from left to right, front to back also.

They spent a lot of time on this plenum so I wouldn't exactly call it junk.

ya, not junk at all. mostly designed for f/i though. i have a feeling the listing was a fake though. but for $1300, it is not bad for a one off. try to custom build one if you think not.
