Default Clogged Crawford Cat?

Anyone hear of a clogged Crawford Cat? What does 'clogged' mean and how does it happen? Thanks.

I dont know what the Crawford uses as a burn off material internally----But Cats generally fail because of an over rich condition that causes meltdown in the Cat. The Cat failed , but only after there was a another prob in the system---address that first, then replace the Cats
