Question CAI questions

I am thinking of installing a CAI system and had a number of questions?:
1) Which is the best brand? (AEM vs Injen)

2) Do you have to worry about water (ie driving in the rain) with these systems?

3)Will this negate my warranty from Nissan?

4) Any other thoughts?

Thanks for the help

Another happy 350Z owner!!!

1. Flip a coin!

2. Unless you plan on driving in water deep enough to submerge the filter, NO.

3. Only if Nissan ca prove that the intake in fact actually caused the problem in hand.

4. Happy modding

I prefer the InJen solely because of where the air filter is located. Just seems more logical for a cold air system. But they're basically going to do the same thing.

Neither system should give you any problems unless the filter is submerged in water--hydrolock would SUCK! But I've already washed my car and driven in the rain (though not by choice) with no problems with my InJen.

Good Luck!
