No need, the '07 already has equal length headers. You would be wasting your money on the set up and the expensive install. Not to metion the later model designs might not fit because of the engine change. Save your money, get just test pipes if your doing anything. (or HFC)

Wdo you mean by "equal length?" There must always be room for improvement when it comes to aftermarket mods and I was hoping to get a definate answer on the fit for the new engine. Thanks for your help though, I'm going to pick up some test pipes to wet my appetite I guess

without a doubt, but dollar per HP on the gain will not be worth your time. I could justify a decent gain maybe uprading to Nismo or Crawford headers, but anything else on the market is probably no better than the stock. (thats why they upgraded) Even with the later models, average priced headers would cost a $1000 to purchase and have put on, with still only minimal gains over the inefficient 03-05 headers. Crawford and Nismo will cost you an arm and a leg but outweigh the rest of the competion. (get FI)

Equal length meaning that each exhaust port has its own tube leading to the base instead of the older model where all three ports lead into the same pipe which goes back to the cats. (all aftermarket headers are equal length, if you find a picture of a stock header manifold you will see the difference)

One of the many improvements made on the '07+ VQ35HR motor is the inclusion of factory headers. Spend the money elsewhere. Also, very few, if any engine parts from the pre-'07 Z will fit on an '07+.

I highly doubt headers on my 06 wouldnt gain anything compared to the crappy tiny stock manifolds.

Default ok then

well with all that being said, what is my best bet performance wise NA for an '07? Exhaust and Test Pipes are a given. Does any of the motordynce spacers and what not fit with this engine, lightweight flywheel, pulleys? I need brands guys :

There isn't much mods yet for the 07's. Its a brand new engine, needs time for some RnD. wait a few months things might pop up

Agreed, on an 07 focus on a good performing exhaust and some test pipes or high flow cats.

I have the crawford High Flow Cats and a Nismo exhaust setting in the garage waiting for me to install. I should have dyno results, video, and sound soon.. Should be mean on an 07 :P
