that is true, none of those would work anyway, especially the ram air (that is such a GM term). but it will be a matter of time before the comapnies finish their R&D and soon the market wil be flooded with overpriced mods that give little to no gain at all.

Exactly, I don't see a lot of gains coming from intakes on the 07's, the biggest gain is going to be midpipes (true dual) and thats really about it I think.

Thats gotta be the dumbest idea I have ever heard. They have twin symetrical intakes for a reason. Twin Popchargers makes sense but mix and matching is just plain gooberness.

It's been tried already if i'm not mistaken, It yielded little to no gains, and the stock airboxes are of great design already. You'll see MUCH better gains with exhaust mods than twin popchargers ever will.

Why not buy a turbonator? Twin turbonators are so damn fly...
Maybe a Flux capacitor?

twin turbonators... thats all i have to say!
and yes, i measured the twin-pipes, they are smaller in diameter...

saying all this, i would still take a 07 motor

If I'm not mistaken, the MAF units are built into the oem airboxes on the '07. If that is the case, then aftermarket intakes will be pricey and probably not worth it.
