Default high flow cats vs cat delete pipes

im not too mechanically knowledged so thought id come to you guys to get some feedback. what are the difference between high flow cats and cat deletes? which one do you guys prefer? which ones will put out more power in the long run? would both go with any exhaust setup? and which would work better if i plan to go FI in the future? sorry for the questions, but im a noobie so i gotta ask in order to know.

high flow cats are high flow cats. cat deletes are just test pipes or a straight pipe and can come resonated. test pipes make more power but you have to worry about keeping the o2 sensors happy. test pipes make the exhaust gases stink, rather cats make it not stink. test pipes are louder. test pipes are better for FI.

Welcome. Generally members run high-flow catalytic converters to pass visual emission test. Many look like the OEM converters. Which is the best choice for you? Search is your friend.
