Default stupid test pipe nut

so i was curious, the one nut that would be more easily accessed from the engine bay, did you use a very long extension or did you just jam your hand on in there.

if so on the extension, can someone recommend a length

thanks in advance

Actually I just shoved my hand in there (I have small hands) and came out with these really cool bloody knuckels. It worked tho.

A photo is worth a thousand words.

The header to test pipe connection? A open ended wrench works well. Helps to have skinny hands.

I used about three extensions connected to one another. you need about 2.5-3ft. good luck.

i used 2 extensions probably a foot and a half long. It was a knuckle buster and make sure your engine is totally cooled. You can get it done, it is just a little teatess.

+1 ... the top bolts are more easily accessed using long extensions. The bottom bolts are more easily accessed using a small wrench and jamming your hand up there

It is a pain in the butt, i think i had 5-6 small extensions since i had no long ones. That along with a flex joint socket helped a huge amount. Good luck
