Will I have much rasp, and should I get the exhaust resonated? Will getting it resonated help the rasp?

you might hear it a bit , rasp mostly comes from the test pipes , turbo xs are good though you won't hear much rasp with it .

Test pipes are testpipes...there's really zero difference from one to another other than workmanship and fit/finish. To help kill the rasp - get resonated test pipes instead.
