Default HKS dual Carbon Ti

hey I was wanting to mount 2 HKS Universal Carbon Ti mufflers to my z, my questions are if anyone has ever done this, do i just take off the stock exhaust system and attatch my own new piping to these mufflers? also will I be okay with the 170mm
shell and 75mm piping? also is there a difference between the Universal Carbon Ti muffler and the Universal Stainless "Hi Power" Ti muffler ? thanks any input you all can give... heres some pics of the 2
