I just had Titek non-resonated Test pipes put on my EVO-2 exhaust...I love the way it sound but around 4k RPM the rasp is insane! . I already know rasp is normal, I just wanted to see what the people with the same exhaust set up thinks. I personally never have gotten so much rasp from a TP + exhaust set up

 

dude i got a evo2 + helix test pipes. rasps from 3k+ redline, but rasps mellows out a bit round 5k. its loud as hell, despit 2 sets of mufflers. i even checke f it was tightened and sealed because it was so loud. the tt setup seemed 2 quiet it down a bit, but n/a = loud as ever. the noise bounces off cars, its hard to miss, but i like it.

 

Hmmm, i've got a Greddy Evo2 and i'm on the fence between test pipes & hi-flow cats.

how do you guys handle when cops are right next to you ... you're gnna have to shift at like 1000 rpm. lol. but if he's cruising right next to you for a while, you're fcked =/

 

well its really deep, but if a cops around, shifting at 2 haha and go a high a gear 2 keep it under 2. if on the freeway, i gradually slow down so he's ahead of me, and take the next exit off.

 

I had a Greddy EVO II that got chopped to format my turbo system. Great looking exhaust but did not notice much, if any, gains.
