Default What are some good low budget resonated test pipes?

Im looking into gettin some resonated test pipes. What are some low budget resonated test pipes that some of you guys used that turned out to be good?
I dont really want to spend more then 200 for resonated test pipes i mean its just a piece of pipe if its made right it should be fine. But i dont want to put a piece of junk on my car that will crack and leak. And i did search i found many test pipes but no reviews on them and they werent resonated. And the resonated ones with good reviews seemed to be around 300 and for that i would save it twords a full exhaust

i have ichiba test pipes(they say they're highflow cats but they're not)
They're nice.
there is some rasp but i have ichiba headers and hks hi power catback so it could be any of those 2 that aren't helping.
They're cheap and they're running good for me

I-M test pipes without a doubt. $125 I think I paid. They're resonated. Great quality and Intensepower is wonderful as far as customer service. Shoot I got they're Y-pipe as well!!

Resonated on non-resonated I have a recommendation: pick a test pipe that can be secured to the OEM brace.

Looks like the resonated pipes are $149....I couldn't remember for sure. Still a great price though.

+1 on any gains but for the y-pipe? I'm looking to combine this with helix v2 test pipes and top speed pro-1.

Gains?? Sure, its a breathing mod so your gonna feel it mostly in the upper rpm range. Combined with stock exhaust it takes the existing sound of the car and amplifies it. Thats what i'm looking for. Give it a shot I think you'll be pleased. Maybe go with a Y-pipe at some point for a bit of added growl.

the ones that intense sell are actually made by TopSpeed. I bought the same ones off ebay for like $90. There is no rasp, the sound is incredible, and the more gains were noticable. I'm tellin you man, get these and you will be very very happy. I am. I also installed an Apexi intake the other day and this combo is insane. Whenever I floor it it sounds exotic as hell. A lot of my friends keep saying it sounds like a Ferrari from behind.

VQ has an amazing exhaust note on the top end.

it would be helpful if you perhaps gave some manufactures that supplied the brace

mine don't have the brace and i really don't feel it's needed. i mean, the pipe is secured on both end and at least the TopSpeed one's don't rattle against the heatshield.

Yea, mine came in a Topspeed box. When I saw that I was pleased as h*ll! I'm assuming there Y-pipe is Topspeed as well.

Crack happens

Braces eliminate the "might crack" possibility/hassle/annoyance/wasted money

there is a prob in the length to fit with 07s, so they wont fit.

if you have an 03 Z intense TP wont give you cel codes, if you ahve an 04 maybe...
I installed themn on a friends 06, he has 4k miles with the non-foulers on and still no CELs so the nonfoulers work great
