Yeah, there's two rubber 'cups' in the frame, that two plastic 'posts' on the oem box push into... So - Pull that puppy out with authority! Lol! :-)

I have a feeling he is talking about the lower of the (4) screws that hold the MAF sensor housing to the airbox (OP correct me if I am wrong). It is vertically below the cylindrical housing and very difficult to get to with the airbox mounted in place in the engine bay. I don't remember how I got to it when I removed my airbox and installed the popcharger.
One thing that might help is to pop out the plastic fastener that holds the plastic rectangular intake tube in place (the one that feeds the airbox) and then disengage the tube from the airbox by pushing it towards the front of the car. Then loosen the clamp around the end of the accordian type intake tube that holds the MAF sensor housing tight within the tube, and disconnect the MAF housing from the tube. (This is the difficult part....if I remember accurately the accordian tube is actually pretty stiff and difficult to push back off the MAF housing). Then unplug the MAF sensor. Now the airbox should be free on both the front and back ends so you can pull it straight up out of the engine bay (there is some resistance because it plugs into a rubber grommet type mount at the bottom, but it is made to pop right out when pulled up vertically). Once you have the Airbox+MAF Housing assembly out of the car, obviously it is easy to get to that bottom screw.
