Question Wrap HFC's???

So, I read that wraping headers with the header wrap can cause them to crack...so, Im going to get them jet coated... Now, my question is...should I wrap my HFC's with header wrap??? Would it be worth it since you cant Jet coat them (jet coating is inside and outside)?

There is no need to do such a thing. They're far back enough where heat poses no issue.

Well, I was think more along the lines of keeping the heat in the pipes to keep the exhaust gases flowing faster
