TP's will be down the road. I haven't had a chance to fabricate anything that'll bolt up to my 07 yet. I'm honestly not sure if I want the extra rasp, though I'm sure I'll probably install a set somewhere in my quest for 300+rwhp all motor.
I'm also going to throw some 3.9's in there too, just waiting on the new hlsd to arrive in and then everything will go in all at once

Do you guys want to hear the loud growl of your 07' dual intakes without paying a high price of the aftermarket companies for a kit? Well, have I got the answer for you.
Take the two plastic opening inlet pieces off which lead to the opening of the airboxes and you will definitely hear a huge difference in the intake tone. It will get much much deeper and louder at WOT.
This will even add a few ponies in the upper RPM's and it won't make you lose any in the lower rpm's.

boo... guess the exhaust is to loud ??No it should work. The throttle body might not have opened all the way, wait for it to warm up all the way. Then go out and WOT in high gears like 3, 4, 5, 6.
more step by step (pic) instructions please...
nvm...did it, going in for the test drive
hope it sounds better cause i don't know how i'm going to put them plastic pieces back in...kind'of a PITA to take out.

Just tried it...There is a small difference in sound at WOT and higher RPMs...I think I'm going to remove the larger chamber just before the filter..Maybe it won't be too difficult
Check this out (Sorry for the poor quality)...I managed to pry the largest chamber apart...The only problem with this, there is nothing to hold the filter in place on the bottom...I was going to put some silicon on the bottom of the bracket of the filter, but I was pressed for time and put it back together...If someone can come up with a way to secure the bottom of the bracket to hold the filter in place, let us know..I'm sure it will sound mean..And soak up a lot of heat..LOL

Guys I never said take off the large portion of the airbox, I just said remove the plastic inlet pieces from the front of the radiator support to the airbox inlet.
The pics I posted are of a ram air design I am setting up for the fujita dual intakes I am going to run.
