could be a leak in the plenum or the throttle body could be out of sync.

thats what i told the mechanic, he told me again everything was fine with it... how can i find out?? or what would you all do?

i also forgot to mention that it takes about 20 min. of driving before anything starts to act up, for the first 20 it seems pretty fine

if there is a leak in the spacer...just spray some water around the sealing to find bubbles...else it could be your bolts are not tightened down

its not hitting the hood is it? sounds like after 20min when it warms up and under load it may be hitting the hood. long shot, but that is what happened when i put on my spacer.

Are you using the stock hood? If so, the plenum shouldn't be hitting it. If it was hitting the hood, you could tell from looking at the upper plenum as well as the underside of the hood.

If that isn't it, you might want to go back to stock and see if that cures the issue.
