Nismo installed plus question

Just got my nismo exhaust from west covina nissan. Best deal. Does the exhaust help with gas comsumption?

Does anyone elses nismo exhaust tips appear to stick out more than the other? Stand at the back of the car and look down. Looks like the passenger side one sticks out a little bit more.
