it fits. i have the track edition on my 07. the sound is amazing, especially at higher RPMs.

whats a good price on these installed?

 

I bought my Z with an Injen on it. I love the sound, but I'm really suspect as to what it's done the the torque curve on the car. If you love ballin around town at 5k RPM, then don't worry. But I've driven the Z with and without the exhaust in Auto-x, and I really don't think the torque is there in the lower RPM's with the Injen system. I think the trade it makes is more horsepower in the higher RPMs, but I don't like what it's done. I prefer the Nismo exhaust, but I don't have experience with the HKS system.

But if you don't really care about torque curves and RPMs, go with it. It's cool lookin and great sounding.

07 with hks has a unique sound very exotic people have heard my exhaust and compared to injen, hks is trually an amazing sound, sounds nice. dont pay attention to the videos online they all have real bad quality and makes exhaust sound cheap, take my advice and hear it in person you wont be dissapointed and dont forget how bad *** it looks i get soooo many compliments. I LOVE MY HKS!!! People with z's heard it and loved it they all say very clean and loud sounding

 

Is HKS worth $500+ more? IMO, I don't think so. INJEN is a good exhaust with a sweet tone at a great price.

definetly worth the extra money and i actually bought the hks from thmotorsports for 1250 shipped only 300 more than injen. injen just looks like a cheap version of hks ive heard both and i still got the hks!!!

HKS on my 07, injen is good too, but doesn't look as good as the HKS.

I also had to choose between Injen and HKS...

I was turned off by HKS after seeing the post about the defective H-Pipe issue they had on a batch that went out - and the issues people were having with getting it repaced in a timely manner...


Besides that, after hearing a couple videos here, especially the one on the 2007, I was hooked...
