Default Need help picking headers...

Hi,
I am trying to get a set of headers for my 06 G35Cpe 6MT.
I have already got Ztube w/ K&N filter
MD 5/16 spacer w/ MREV+, T1R Y-pipe, RS-R GTII exhaust.
I searched and some people said a nice header would has a true collector.
I am wondering does Stillen headers consider as true collector compare to Alphawerk, DC and Strup?
I know Crawford is the best out there but I really don't want to spend $1000 on installaion.
I am wondering is the installation of Nismo that challenging as Crawford?
Also I am wondering how's BRM compare to Nismo?
Which one would u guys pick amount BRM, Nismo, Stillen and all others?
thank you very much

I have heard Crawford headers you get the most gains from.
I have no personal experience with them.

Everyone seems to lean towards those...

it is almost necessary to pull the block out of a Z to get crawford headers on there. (hardly worth the money) At most you will gain is a solid 10hp, and i doubt you'll get that. headers are an absolute ***** to put on these cars, and probably the worst HP/Cost ratio of all the mods. Crawford aside, every set of headers is equally painful. Unless money is no object to you, headers is more of a project only worth donig if you install yourself. You will indeed double the cost of things with the installation cost.

Thx for every one's info...
I heard Crawford gives the most gain too.
But I strongly prefer not to pull out my motor just for the headers.
I got a quote of installing a AW header for about $300 so I can accept that.

I installed stillen headers. Paid the dealer. They did an excellent job. If you wanna play you gotta pay. I love the sound of the headers.

My friend has crawfords and the install was the same as nother friends Dc headers.
Either way you have to rock the engine to really get int there....
Stillen does make a great header as well...don't know anyone who has them actually.

So your friend with DC headers lifted his engine when installing the hearders or your friend with Crawford did not lifted his engine?

Stillen headers did not require the engine to be pulled.
