I had no problem with my Crawford HFC with my HKS exhaust before.

That should not be. Match the Crawford catalytic converter with the OEM catalytic converter. They should be the same length.

there was about 1 inch space!

The guy at Autohan said he has seen it before, and i have to get it cut and make it longer ;\
