I doubt it - seems like all the stock style exhausts make about 8-10hp.

The true dual exhaust styles are the ones that make 15+ hp.

this is not true. i just spoke withe JIC and this is the deal: The exhasut makes 3hp at the rear wheels. (sounds low to me). The person from JIC i spoke with said with the cat back system in combintaion with their y pipe (which eliminates a one of the 2 cats) will make 15 rwp. He indicated that power for the 350z is seen after the y pipe is installed and is the most beneficial component. Also, the JIC exhasut is 3" piping and comes in stianless steel as well as titanium. It is not a true dual system. I think the actual muffler is a N1 by apex.

3" piping for a NA V6 is a little large IMO. That may be why this particular exhaust is producing a minimal (3hp) gain.

That's too big for dual but not single. Also, ideal diameter is not measured by the motor but by HP output of the motor.
